(If You Aren’t, Leave This Page. This Isn’t For You)
If you are serious about your music, what I’m about to share with you could change the course of your career forever.
It is the absolute biggest secret behind why so many artists and producers DON’T make it to that next level. It’s a reason so small, so simple, and so obvious to music industry professionals, it’s almost impossible for them to imagine that people who aren’t professionals don’t know what it is.
But first, let me ask you a question.
How many times have you watched music videos on YouTube or listened to popular songs on Spotify and said, “I’m just as talented as this person…why is this person famous and I’m not?”
Probably more times than you can count, am I right?
To give you a hint of what this secret is, let’s use an analogy: if you needed surgery, you wouldn’t go to a medical student who hasn’t passed their medical exams yet…you’d go to a doctor, right? Specifically, you’d go to not only a doctor, but a specialist – a surgeon – who has board certification, experience, and expertise.
This is the reason why if you’re a smart artist, you shouldn’t take advice from someone who hasn’t spent years in the music industry actually working with world class talent.
Why should you listen to me?
My name is David Verity and over the years, I’ve worked with countless Grammy award-winning writers, producers and artists helping them craft their sound, get signed, and get heard. My artists have been signed to Bad Boy, released music with Pitbull, and I’ve personally walked them into L.A. Reid, Def Jam, Geffen, Universal, you name it. I’ve signed deals with some of the biggest companies in the world. And I’ve probably ghost written lyrics you’ve sung and heard.
But I’m going to be brutally honest with you: There’s a TON of people making music these days. So how can you stand out in a completely over-saturated marketplace?

Notice I said records.
There is a difference between an actual record and some shit that gets thrown on the internet by a friend with a laptop and a set of headphones.
Records are songs that are so polished that they’re actually ready to be featured on an album, or given by A&R’s to their top artists. They come from the top producers and mixers in the world.
Let me put this into perspective for you.
Can you imagine someone doing a photo shoot and using the footage straight out of the camera, without any editing or Photoshop? Maybe you know people who do that, but professionals would never, ever, not even in a millions years, do that. Because of their level of professionalism.
The missing link is having great mixing, mastering, and polishing – it is not your compositions.
I’m gonna repeat that because I don’t think most people get it.
Your beats or songs aren’t failing to get mainstream support because you’re not good. It’s because they’re not polished, edited, mixed and mastered by professionals.
This is exactly why you’ve probably heard beats or songs that are so simple and basic, and even borderline stupid…but they still knock.
It’s the mixing and mastering.
In order to stand out from the crowd, you’ve gotta have songs that have that secret sauce of rich analog mixing and mastering just like your favorite artist does.
Why? Because every single successful person in the world knows that in order to be successful, you have to do what successful people do. Yet most artists don’t do this, and this is what will help you beat the competition. The rest of the ton of artists putting out music DON’T have professionals engineering for them, and their music sounds like it.
That’s where I can help you.
In fact, I guarantee it.
Put the sound of world-class hybrid digital and analog mixing to work for you and take your music game to the next level. Working with a professional engineer is going to take your music to the next level. Industry veterans, investors, and fans will immediately take notice of the difference between your professionally mixed music vs. the amateur nature of your competitors music.
Mastering is the polish that finalizes your sound. It is the Photoshop of music. When you work with a professional mastering engineer, you'll be taking your music to a whole new level. There will be a certain polish to your sound only professionals have. Your music WILL sound as good as your favorite artists song, or your money back. (And I've never had clients who weren't satisfied.)
I've been working in the music industry since I was a teenager. Literally. I've probably spent more hours in a recording studio than Floyd Mayweather has spent in a boxing ring. When you work with me, you get my experience and guidance, which is going to be invaluable to you. Ask me questions and get consulting throughout the whole process.
Ask about my 1 on 1 career consulting, where I can personally gauge your current success in the music industry, and give you advice, counsel and access to industry professionals and executives. I'll combine a comprehensive understanding of music creation, music industry experience, and the experience of having multiple 6 and 7 figure corporate clients.
My song came out like a hit you’d hear on the radio!

Bevcause I know what it feels like to be an independent artist and not have anyone there to help you. I stayed from the bottom. And I want to be able to give talented artists something I never had, and that’s professional p[roduction, mixing, and mastering, at an affordable rate.
I’ve been a professional in the music industry for almost 2 decades. I was discovered by Jimmy Iovine’s A&R department at Interscope when I was 17 and invited to be on their USA/MTV Joint venture called Farmclub. I’ve been producing and mixing music ever since.
Toby Gad, because he was the most humble and down to earth music professional I’ve ever worked with personally. He called me to L.A. to work on a song for Jessica Jarell and Justin Beiber, and ordered everybody food and had it delivered to his house in the Hollywood Hills. It wasn’t pizza either! My least favorite was Eric Bellinger.

Mixing a song professionally takes at least 8 hours, so a full work day. Beats take about half that depending on their complexity. I also listen the day after just to make sure I can’t think of anything else. I work with several clients, so the sooner you order the better, because there will be orders in front of you. But once I start working on the project, it takes me about a full day or so to complete a mix. Order to delivery time is usually 3-5 days.
Always be learning. Don’t ever allow yourself to be stagnant. There’s an amazing book about this called The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey. This book is one of my all-time favorite books, and in it he explains that one of the habits is called “Sharpen The Saw” – if you’re constantly working without refining your skill set, you’re working very inefficiently. Always develop yourself, your skill set, and be open to learning new things.
No. I am an honest person and would never tell you I am the best fit for heavy metal, country, etc. Only popular, mainstream music styles. Pop, R&B, Hip-hop, trap, Pop-rock, alternative, EDM, etc.
P.S.: I’ve only got so much time to work with so many clients. Mixing music at a world class level takes a lot of time, and is often a whole day’s worth of work or even more, just for one song. Then the next day, you go back and listen even more, and possibly put in even more time. This is how it’s done right.
Because of this, I’m only able to take a select amount of clients. Order your project today to reserve your time in the queue for me to work on your music. Once this page goes away, this discounted independent-only rate also goes away.
